GAME-112 provides practical knowledge of airline reservations, PNRs, fare structures, e-ticketing and GDS operations, with SABRE included as an important practical learning component.
The course goes beyond ticket issuance to examine how ticketing connects with airline revenue management, dynamic pricing, ancillary services and tourism. Participants explore how airlines, travel agencies, OTAs, hotels and tourism businesses work together to create and distribute complete travel experiences.
