GAME-111 introduces participants to the technologies shaping this transformation, from IoT, digital twins and AI to automation, connected systems and smart airport infrastructure.

The course also looks beyond technology adoption to the challenges that come with it. Participants explore sustainable aviation technologies, cybersecurity, digital resilience, eVTOL infrastructure and future airport systems, while learning how technology can improve operational efficiency, passenger experience, safety and resilience.

Current industry direction strongly supports this approach. SITA reports that airports are increasing technology investment, with AI, self-service, automated bag drop and digital identity becoming increasingly important. At the same time, data integration and cybersecurity are becoming critical because aviation systems are increasingly interconnected.
