Ground handling is where multiple aviation activities come together in a tightly coordinated operating environment. Aircraft, passengers, baggage, cargo, GSE, airlines, airports, ground handlers, ATC, security and border agencies must work together within strict safety and time constraints. GAME-110 develops an understanding of how these activities are coordinated to support safe, efficient and punctual aircraft turnaround.
The course goes beyond individual ground-handling functions to examine the stakeholder network behind airport operations. Participants explore ramp operations, apron safety, baggage and cargo logistics, A-CDM, regulatory coordination and turnaround management, culminating in practical scenarios involving operational disruption and stakeholder response.
