An airline’s fleet is one of its largest strategic assets—and one of its most complex management challenges. Selecting the right aircraft affects capacity, range, fuel consumption, maintenance, ownership costs, route economics and operational flexibility. GAME-106 introduces participants to the decisions behind fleet planning, aircraft acquisition, leasing and deployment.
The course then moves from fleet strategy into daily operations. Participants explore route planning, scheduling, aircraft rotation, turnaround, utilization and Operations Control Center (OCC) decision-making, including how airlines respond when weather, airspace restrictions, crew constraints or aircraft availability disrupt the planned operation.

Mr. Azeez Siddique
Mr. Azeez Siddiqui, a veteran aviation professional. He has held important positions in PIA and Saudi Airlines for over 43 years. From planning to operations to strategy development, Mr. Azeez Siddiqui has the knowledge and experience to help the airline improve revenues and contain costs. He is also a faculty member at the Aviation Institute of Management.
