Aircraft safety and operational reliability depend on much more than the aircraft itself. Behind every flight is a complex engineering and maintenance system involving airworthiness, maintenance planning, reliability, technical records, parts, engines, regulatory compliance and skilled people. GAME-108 introduces participants to the management principles behind this system and the decisions that keep aircraft safe, compliant and available for service.

The course connects MRO operations with airline management and operational decision-making. Participants explore maintenance check programs, reliability-centered maintenance, predictive technologies, MEL/CDL decisions, engine and component management, supply-chain challenges, human factors and safety. The emphasis is on understanding how engineering decisions affect aircraft availability, cost, safety and operational continuity.
